Summary

Throughout the change process, the organization’s leaders—the sponsors of change— play a critical role in determining the success of the effort. Responding to change positively, effectively, and responsibly allows leaders to create successful outcomes by engaging employees and inspiring them to embrace different ways of working or thinking. While there are various approaches to achieving desired results, having dedicated resources and managing the people side of change greatly contribute to a successful change management process. Attendees will leave this session with the knowledge necessary to empower them to become facilitators of change and positively drive organizational results.
