Creating an Event Experience through Theme Decorating & Staging

Published by Ohio Society of Association Executives
and Tennessee Society of Association Executives

Summary
Integrating a theme into your events can make the difference between just offering and “event” and an offering an overall “event experience.” Learn how to find and utilize various resources to create an event with a "wow-factor" that your members will keep talking about for years to come. The presenters will discuss:
  • budgeting for events;
  • finding and sourcing event decorators, decorations and entertainment;
  • and the pitfalls and lessons they’ve learned along the way.

Please note that CAE exam and renewal applicants can only use a maximum of 50% of their application hours from self-study programs.
